Let’s celebrate the Harvest Moon in Aries!

Join us to process the energy of endings in the first Full Moon of Autumn. It’s time to release old patterns that no longer serve us, to make room for the new energy coming in.

We will be doing a Full Moon Ceremony with Crystal Singing Bowls, and Journal Writing to welcome balance and transition of the Autumn energy, along with embracing our inner warrior with Aries energy.

Please bring a blanket or yoga mat to sit or lay on, and a journal for writing during the ceremony.

You may bring a snack to share with the group if you wish.
